Nordstrom Cafe in Bellevue

I always get the cilantro lime chicken salad - it's always good, healthy and filling. Wonderful flavors in the salad.

My sister and I waited a half an hour for a pizza when I asked if maybe they forgot about it, and she went to check before coming back and told me that the pizza was done and they were bringing it out "right now" as I saw other plates of food taken out (no one was in line before us when we got there so salmon people ordered after our PIZZA was coming out) we waited another ten minutes and no pizza. An amazing waiter came by who noticed we had been there awhile and asked to see our ticket so that he could check. Ten seconds later we FINALLY had pizza. We were very thankful to the waiter, but the pizza wasn't even warm anymore. I was LIVID. I don't appreciate being lied to and I don't appreciate cold food. It was an absolute joke. The pizza had just been sitting there! Pizza should never take almost an hour, especially when there were no orders ahead of us. The second star is only for the waiter.

Great selection and tasty food

Too expensive for what you're getting. Menu is mostly sandwiches and some salad/pasta dishes and they're not worth the price you're paying.

This a magnificent cherry on top of a shopping day ! The elegance and presentation of a five star restaurant dine in a cafe style is amazing. The food is beyond words .. chef made and presented like a 5 star hotel restaurant The service is impeccable! if you decide to have a savory treat desserts are an indulgence one deserves after a long day of shopping !

Food was fine, but the people taking orders messed up our order, and didn't give us a ticket or receipt. Waitress had to put in our order again with the kitchen so we waited over 25 minutes for one of our dishes.

I had an epiphany the other day, me and my family always have good service, from all the people and the cooks(food tastes the same every time) when we go in. Anywhere else I eat out I never know what kind of service I will get and I try to avoid places like that. So great job to everyone that works here!

Very disappointed with their customer service. Clerks who are taking the order are not friendly and rude.

Best pasta, I always end up eating it all when I go.(Penne Bolognese)

The food is good, lots of choices. Price are average to high for fast cafeteria type food. The place was clean and the staff was nice. If you want a top notch meal for about the same price then head out of the mall and go across the street. There's lots of choices right outside the door.
